| The NEW Gardens Band is a non-profit community band. We perform at the Eissey Theatre of Palm Beach Community College located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, and other venues. Our purpose is to enrich the culture of the community and provide opportunities for musical expression, enjoyment, and education of the band members. |

Our Favorite Movie Music!
Everyone has a favorite movie music theme. We will try to play yours. We present great music from Hollywood Blockbusters, music from "Dances with Wolves", "Harry Potter", "Star Wars", and "Casablanca" to name a few.

Owen E. Seward, Jr. |
Mr. Seward is a confessed "Sousa-phile" and has made a lifetime study of Sousa. The 2000-2001 season was the 10th year that Mr. Seward has portrayed the famous bandmaster at an annual Sousa concert and each year he tries to introduce new pieces and little heard "pearls" from the Sousa library.
Mr. Seward is the Music Director for both the NEW Gardens Band and the Indian River POPS! Orchestra. |
